Bel lak , LCDR (RET)~ SUBJECT: Mr. Gharith A.E. Pendragon 15 June 88. Sir: #1. I believe local Coast Guard is familiar with Mr. Pendragon's endeavour on its behalf especially in the area of Search and Rescue. #2. I have become aware of Gharith's background as a result of introduction via television. #3. Having personally been involved in Paranormal Research for over forty years, I have discovered gifted individuals whose exceptional gifts (though highly esoteric) have and can be applied successfully in business, finance, personal, military areas, etc. etc. This despite considerable controversy, bias, misinformation, press, and grossley misinformed academia. A. Gharith Pendragon is one of those truly gifted individuals who (I am told) has had a high percentage of successes with Coast Guard Search & Rescue (approxomitely 80?L t). #5. Because of constant rotation in military assignments, new personel may be unfamiliar with special Paranormal abilities. I strongly suggest U.S. Coast Guard utilize more fully Pendragon's capabilities- all of which is voluntary and altruistic. In this manner he serves his country in an extraordinary and most valuable way. #6.
