<div><b><u>Summary:</u></b></div><div>The collection of ciphers encoded via matrices, symbology and “classical” encryption techniques iin cryptography. Arranged by the fictional character "The Inspector," the ciphers challenge codebreakers to decode using classical cryptography—homophonic substitution, transposition, grid manipulation with ASCII character mapping, etc. Some which are included are the "I-247", “I-348” and “I-110” ciphers, which use deliberate misspellings of and neologistic terminology in the plaintext and substitution using mathematical notation, Unicode and personal symbology. Preceding the ciphertext, The Inspector provides cryptic encouragement (e.g., "the answer lies in observation") and vague hints. Interspersed within are motifs on the mysterious, esoteric, conceptual and cosmic divination.
