OBE Journal allows you to record your out of body experience as soon as you have one to help you remember important details, and develop an understanding of the event. OBE Journal provides nearly 180 lined pages with fields that allow you to organize each experience into the following areas: Statement of intent, or an affirmation of your attempt to induce an OBE (optional). Details about how your began your OBE. Was the experience planned, spontaneous, triggered, occurred during meditation, started within a lucid dream, etc. Description of your OBE. Description of others who you may have travelled with during a shared OBE List pages for cross-referencing between related OBE journal entries. Extra space at the bottom of each page to add margin notes later on.
