Mental Alchemy

People today are so attached to the material plane of existence to the point that they sabotage their own performance, wellbeing and happiness. The material plane is nothing more than a reflection of the mental realm. Whatever happens in the mental realm will sooner or later be manifested into our physical realm. The only thing that we actually have control over is our own mental bubble of reality. In this book I will share with you ideas that can expand your consciousness and make you realize that this material plane is not what we really think is it, and that change is possible, no matter the scale of it, all it takes is awareness and some self-discipline to get the ball rolling.
