Psychic premonitions are also generally accompanied by a feeling of tingling in your brain, usually on top or between your eyes. They don't always come with this feeling, but the chances are if whatever you think you're sensing is accompanied by tingling in your head, then it's fairly safe to say it's a premonition. You may also feel very drained or low in energy after a psychic premonition, although this could be due to anxiety as well since stressing and agonizing over something can take a mental toll and make you feel exhausted throughout the day and afterward. Hence, this isn't a sure way to tell if it's a premonition, but psychic premonitions do make one feel tired, especially in the case of beginners, as they don't know yet how to use the energy of the universe for help.
