Navigating Spiritual Depression

I am so excited to share with you my book, Navigating Spiritual Depression: Finding Meaning in the Dark Night of the Soul. This book is the culmination of my personal journey through the dark night of the soul and my experience as a therapist working with others who have also experienced spiritual depression. In this book, I share my personal story of navigating spiritual depression and offer practical guidance and tools for finding meaning and growth in difficult times. I explore the concept of the dark night of the soul, its different stages, and the challenges and opportunities it presents for spiritual growth and transformation.
