May Sinclair

Alison Sinclair, born in 1959, is a British writer specializing in science fiction. She currently resides in Canada. In addition to her literary career, Sinclair is also a practicing medical doctor. Her published works include the three-novel series known as the Darkborn trilogy, along with other titles. Her bibliography also features the Plague Confederacy series and earlier novels like Legacies and Blueheart.

Sinclair's writing career spans several decades, with her earliest novels appearing in the mid-1990s. The Darkborn trilogy, published between 2009 and 2011, represents a significant portion of her science fiction output. She has also collaborated with other authors, as seen in the novel Throne Price co-authored with Lynda Williams. Her work continues to be recognized within the science fiction community, with titles appearing as recently as 2015.
