Tamsyn Muir

Tamsyn Elizabeth Muir, born March 14, 1985, is a New Zealand author celebrated for her contributions to fantasy, science fiction, and horror genres. She is most recognized for her science fantasy novel series, The Locked Tomb. Muir's debut novel in this series, Gideon the Ninth, published in 2019, garnered significant acclaim, earning her the 2020 Locus Award for Best First Novel and nominations for prestigious awards like the Nebula and Hugo Awards.
