Alvin Stephen Felzenberg is an American author, consultant, educator, and former public official. He has authored books focusing on American history and presidential biographies, including "The Leaders We Deserved" and "A Man and His Presidents: The Political Odyssey of William F. Buckley, Jr.". Felzenberg also served as the spokesperson for the 9/11 Commission, a significant governmental body investigating the September 11 attacks.

Bush administration, he held positions within the National Broadcasting Board of Governors and the Department of Defense.
