Paul du Feu was a Welsh builder, painter, author, and model, known for his marriages to notable women.

Born in 1935 in Wrexham, Wales, Paul Bernard du Feu was the son of a civil servant and grew up in London. His family name originated from ancestors who settled in the Channel Islands. He pursued English literature studies at King's College London, where he married his first wife, Shirley Thompson, with whom he had two children. Following his education, du Feu worked as a builder.

Du Feu gained public attention through his marriages. He married feminist writer Germaine Greer in 1968, shortly after a brief courtship. Their marriage officially lasted five years, though their personal relationship was much shorter. Later, in 1971, he met poet and author Maya Angelou at a literary event. They married in 1974, and despite divorcing in 1983, they maintained a friendship, with Angelou providing him financial support in his later years. Du Feu also published an erotic memoir titled "Let's Hear it for the Long-legged Women" in 1973. He spent his final years in California, working in home renovation, and passed away in January 2013.

In addition to his personal life, Paul du Feu also pursued creative endeavors. He worked as a painter and a model, notably appearing in British Cosmopolitan, which is believed to have featured the first male centrefold in the publication. In 1973, he released an erotic memoir titled "Let's Hear it for the Long-legged Women." Du Feu spent the remainder of his life in California, residing in Berkeley and later Oakland, where he was involved in home renovation projects. He died on January 1, 2013.
