Daisy Haggard, born March 22, 1978, is an English actress and writer with a notable career in television and film. She is the daughter of film director Piers Haggard and granddaughter of actor Stephen Haggard. Her great-great-great-uncle was the author Sir Henry Rider Haggard. After attending the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Haggard began her acting career in 1996. She has since appeared in numerous television series, including "Uncle," "Episodes," "Back to Life," "Breeders," and "Hilda." Haggard also co-wrote and starred in the BBC sitcom "Back to Life." Her performance in "Breeders" earned her a BAFTA nomination. She has also had roles in films and theatre productions.

Following her graduation from drama school, she featured in sketch shows like "Man Stroke Woman" and sitcoms such as "Green Wing" and "Episodes." Her career also includes appearances in "Peep Show," "Psychoville," and the adaptation of "Sense and Sensibility." She lent her voice to characters in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1," and played roles in "Doctor Who."
