Conrad Cherry

Conrad "Cherry" Chevapravatdumrong, born in 1977, is an American writer, producer, and lawyer. She is recognized for her contributions to television, including serving as an executive producer for "Family Guy" and "The Orville," and as a co-executive producer for "Resident Alien." She also co-wrote and produced the 2023 film "Joy Ride."

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Chevapravatdumrong pursued higher education at Yale University, where she studied psychology and contributed to the university's humor magazine. She later obtained a law degree from New York University Law School. Before her success in television writing, she worked as a writer's assistant and released two young adult novels under the pen name Cherry Cheva: "She's So Money" and "DupliKate."

Chevapravatdumrong established a significant career in television writing and production. She was a writer and co-executive producer for the animated series "Family Guy," notably being its sole female writer for a period. Her distinctive last name, Chevapravatdumrong, was referenced humorously in several "Family Guy" episodes, highlighting its complexity.
