C. George Sandulescu

Constantin George Sandulescu (11 February 1933, Bucharest – 27 October 2018, Monte Carlo) was a Joycean scholar, but in the first place, he was a linguist with twelve years' experience in the Department of Theoretical Linguistics of the University of Stockholm in the 1970s and 1980s, specializing in Discourse Analysis.
