Cooper received her undergraduate education at California State University, Fullerton, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems. She is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts at StoneCoast, a program affiliated with the University of Southern Maine. She resides in Woodinville, Washington, with her family and three dogs.
