His writings significantly contributed to the understanding and dissemination of the teachings of Ramana Maharshi and other spiritual figures.

Spiritual Journey and Ramana Maharshi

Osborne's spiritual path led him to seek out Ramana Maharshi, whom he encountered in 1942. This meeting marked a significant turning point in his life, establishing him as a devoted disciple. His subsequent writings and biographical works were largely dedicated to articulating the teachings and life of Ramana Maharshi. Osborne's leadership in this role helped to foster a community of seekers and scholars interested in esoteric and spiritual philosophy.
