Amy Lynn Chua (Chinese: 蔡美儿; born October 26, 1962) is an American legal scholar, corporate lawyer, and writer. She is the John M. Duff Jr. Professor of Law at Yale Law School with an expertise in international business transactions, law and development, ethnic conflict, and globalization.
