Agata Paluch

Stanisław Tym, born July 17, 1937, was a multifaceted Polish artist who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 87. His career spanned acting, comedy, journalism, satire, and film and theatre direction. He was particularly recognized for his collaborations with director Stanisław Bareja and for his memorable performances in iconic Polish films such as 'Rejs' (The Cruise) and 'Teddy Bear,' the latter for which he also co-authored the script and portrayed dual roles. His work in journalism earned him accolades, including the Nagroda Kisiela for best columnist in 1998. Tym's directorial efforts include 'Rozmowy przy wycinaniu lasu' and 'Dick (Ryś).'
