Young Lee Jung

Jung So-min, born Kim Yoon-ji on March 16, 1989, is a South Korean actress who began her professional career in 2010. She made her acting debut with a supporting role in the television series 'Bad Guy' and quickly secured her first leading role in 'Playful Kiss' that same year. While 'Playful Kiss' did not achieve high ratings domestically, it gained popularity internationally, boosting her profile. Jung took a brief hiatus in 2011 to focus on her studies at the Korea National University of Arts before returning to television in 2012 with the sitcom 'Standby' and the cable series 'Can We Get Married?'. Throughout her career, she has taken on diverse roles in romantic comedies, dramas, and films, including prominent parts in 'Because This Is My First Life' (2017), 'Alchemy of Souls' (2022), 'Love Reset' (2023), and 'Love Next Door' (2024).
