Chris Howard

Chris Ewan, also known as C.M. Ewan, is a British writer specializing in crime and mystery fiction. He was born in Taunton, Somerset, on October 6, 1976. Ewan spent part of his childhood on the Isle of Man before returning to Somerset. He pursued his higher education in American Literature at the University of Nottingham.

His literary career has seen him published by prominent houses such as Simon & Schuster and Faber and Faber in the UK, and St. Martin's Press in the United States. Ewan gained recognition with his debut novel, 'The Good Thief's Guide to Amsterdam,' which received the Long Barn Books First Novel Award. Several of his early works in the 'Good Thief' series were recognized with award nominations for their comic crime fiction elements.
