Anu Venkat

Anu Hasan, born Anuradha Chandrahasan, is an Indian actress and television personality who began her film career with a role in the 1995 film Indira. She has since appeared in numerous Tamil films, typically in supporting roles. Hasan also gained significant recognition as the host of the popular Tamil celebrity talk show "Koffee with Anu," which aired for three seasons on Vijay Television and significantly boosted her public profile.

Beyond her acting and hosting, Hasan has a diverse professional background. She studied Physics and Management at BITS Pilani. Her television work includes acting in serials like "Anbulla Snehgidhiye" and "Avan Aval Avargal." Additionally, she has lent her voice as a dubbing artist for several non-Tamil actresses, including Raveena Tandon and Preity Zinta. Hasan also contributes as a writer, penning a monthly column for "Just for Women" magazine and authored a self-help book titled "Sunny Side Up" in 2015. She has also been involved in social activism, participating in the "Ask How India" movement in 2014.
